Reckless driver reported on Highway 137 near Riverton

He was Wyoming Ten County (number withheld).

RP advised that the vehicle went around RP at a stop sign and then started driving recklessly in Riverton, ran a stoplight and stopped in the middle of the intersection.

Then RP advised the vehicle was passing unsafely on Rodeo Road.

Road and was speeding again.

This was last seen westbound near milepost 102 on Highway 137, 17 Mile Road.

And no traffic complaint.
