Concern for woman after disconnected phone call

It's given the address of (number withheld) Ellens Lane was actually showing an actual house now.

She stated something at the beginning of the call, couldn't make out what it was, and she stated her landline was out and her family could not call her, then the line disconnected.

I'm unable to get her back on the line.
