Dog barking prompts welfare check at residence

Caller states the dog's been barking for about an hour.

When he went over to talk to the owner, nobody answered the door, and it did look like a screen might have been knocked out.

He wasn't sure if that was something new or if it needed to be checked on.

Copy, I'll check on it.
