Reckless driving complaint on Highway 52

Information only, driving complaint, northbound 52 from Civic Center.

Of a red sedan, plate given Sam King Lincoln (number withheld), was honking at the RP and driving at a high rate of speed.

Plate comes back to an '01 Olds red Alero to a party out of Rochester for 55th Street Northeast.
