Man found slumped in brown Ford Ranger at Circle K

The complainant is advising he was at the store and noticed a man slumped over in his vehicle, left and has since driven back by and noticed the vehicle's still there.

It's going to be a brown Ford Ranger parked close to the ice.

Did not get a license plate.

The vehicle is not running and the windows are open.
