Child safety concern in SUV with missing rear window

It's going to be a vehicle going north from 41 and the vet clinic.

It's going to be a gray SUV with no plate, blue tarp.

There's no back window.

RP is concerned that there is a juvenile that's in the back seat in a rear-facing car seat, and because there's no back window, she's requesting a welfare check on the child.

Last seen. Got 41 in the back clinic traveling north.

10-4, I'm 41 and golf course, but that's not a crime to have, not have a back window, but I'll see if I can observe.
