Sounds like he was entering a skate ramp, lost his balance, fell to the ground, injuring the middle of his thigh.

Some pretty obvious deformity when we got there.

No loss of consciousness.

He's not on any blood thinners.

Currently, right now, blood pressure is looking like 100 and thirty-seven over 70 .
