Suspicious car parked near power station

It's coming across the street of (number withheld) Turkey Mountain Road.

Complaint is that it's a small white passenger car, possibly a Volkswagen, has sat in their driveway for 15 minutes and pulled across the road to the power station.

It's still sitting up by the fence now.
