Complaint about reckless driver on Highway 26

So it's pretty after the fact now.

It was northbound on 26 from Rosendale, red Toyota Rav4, plate Adam Young Union (number withheld), cut the caller off on an off ramp in their county with speeding and tailgating.

They do have an RP if we locate it.
