Runaway juvenile located at Rothsay home

Otter Tail 01:49 , posting a runaway juvenile, (number withheld) northeast 2nd avenue.

While I was on the phone with them, they said that the father was able to locate the juvenile back at the house, but they'd like a response.

Juvenile's on probation.

They just picked him up from detention.
