Car window smashed with baby inside near State Street

I had a caller advise that one of her neighbors, who she did not know who it was, smashed out an (name withheld)'s car window with her baby in the car.

She has left in a maroon Honda Passport but will be returning to speak with police.

I guess a bat or a stick was used to smash the window.

Doesn't know where they went.
