at least a ticket for abuse of 911. I've seen them charged legit mental health patients that don't know their name. what today is or what Galaxy there in.. get charged for abuse of 911 for calling. it's not in the emergency

This is one of the most ridiculous waste of resources for ems I have ever heard. All she has to do is spray the windshield the wipers will come on and move it along. If it misses it get a long stick if your that scared of Frogs. I myself am terrified of them so I understand the fear but cmon
