Female calls 911 requesting help at Two Rivers Park

Had a female party say that she needs officers and paramedics to Two Rivers Park behind the bar by Motos.

Then she hung up and didn't give me any further information.

When I tried to call the number back, it says I can't dial it because there's restrictions on the phone.
