Reckless blue Honda CRV reported near Salisbury Elementary School

(number withheld) Honda eight CRV colored blue female operator flipping the eighty-eight off tailgating almost hit the eighty-eighth vehicle and other vehicles.

The vehicle did turn by the Salisbury Elementary School caller is no longer with it.

That plate comes back to a 2012 Honda CRV color blue out of Center Road in Salisbury.
