Debris blocking two lanes on West Temple on-ramp

On North Temple, just south of 900 South, or not North Temple, West Temple, just south of 900 South, there's an on-ramp to go to a collector.

Can you let highway know that number one and number two lanes, there's a large piece of debris.

I couldn't see what it was.
