Man given Narcan near Ocean Beach lifeguard tower

Emergency responders found a 27-year-old man near the lifeguard tower at Ocean Beach who was difficult to wake and not responding well. Lifeguards gave him Narcan through his nose, and he became more alert. He reported smoking marijuana bought from someone on the street. His vital signs were checked, he complained of a mild headache, had no signs of injury, and he denied any trauma. He was transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
