Domestic violence report at Carson Street residence

Police received a domestic violence report from a woman who was crying and hard to understand near Carson Street in San Francisco. Officers were told that a man had been involved in the incident with her. Dispatch also reported a separate man seen earlier swinging a metal pipe at vehicles and gave his clothing and physical description. For the domestic violence call, the man linked to the woman was described by age, clothing, and that no weapon was seen. Multiple units were sent to check on the people involved and the situation at the residence.
