Person running in and out of traffic at Hesperian and Grant

We have a pedestrian, Hesperian Boulevard and Grant Avenue.

Calling a 2520, go ahead with that.

2520, Hispanic male adult, shoulder-length hair, (description withheld), holding a shoe in one hand, laughing, running in and out of vehicles.

I'm confirming the call taker is advising the Sheriff's Office as well.

2520 copy.
