Found a patient sitting upright, alert and tracking.

Like he's been feeling progressively weaker since yesterday.

It is a generalized weakness as well as a fever that is new today.

For us right now, he's breathing 20 times, sitting at ninety-five percent on room air.

I have the pupil, 3 mm, PERRL intact and all four extremities able to ambulate.

As for his current vitals, he has a blood pressure of 100 and thirty-two over seventy-two, heart rate of 106 .
