Upon assessment by staff there,

they stated he was having some CVA-like symptoms, had facial droop, and.

And was confused according to the wife.

Patient is now the only complaint of a headache.

Arm drift was negative.

No slurred speech.

No numbness or tingling in the extremities.

He does have some slight drooping to the left side of his face, but according to him that's relatively normal.
