RP's advising there's a transient on foot towards Kathleen's Canyon.

Described as a Hispanic male, medium build, black hair,

carrying a large blanket or sleeping bag.

Possibly associated with a sedan, gray or silver, beige vehicle in the area with flashers on and the passenger door side open.
