Chief complaint of sudden onset chest pressure.

She described it as a sharp pressure feeling in the left anterior chest.

Went to a clinic and there were no pertinent findings.

12-lead is negative for STEMI, just normal sinus rhythm.

Currently, I have a pulse of 78 sinus, blood pressure of 134 over 81, and she's setting 97 on room air.

I've given her 324 of aspirin and one round of nitro 0.4 sublingual, and I'll be looking for IV access.
