Vehicle repeatedly follows siblings near Avenue J

RP advised that her siblings were running down Avenue J in circles and a white Ford Expedition with two male subjects in it kept following them, followed them in a couple of circles too bad that it went down 172 back towards Archer about 5 min ago.
