Domestic dispute with fight and baby present

Callers report a domestic disturbance at a home near West State Road 56. A woman says her brother is drunk, a four-month-old baby is present, and two men are physically fighting. She is heard screaming and appears to be trying to leave with the child. She also reports that the man has hit her mother but does not have any weapons. When officers arrive, one man is detained and the other runs into the house.
