Couple argue and threaten to kill each other at home

Police are dispatched to an apartment building on 28th Avenue Northeast in Seattle for a domestic violence incident. Neighbors report that a dating couple in one unit have been arguing since the previous night. About ten minutes before the call, the two were heard threatening to kill each other. The couple are known in the building for getting into fist fights. One person sounds intoxicated and has a leg in a cast. Another man in his late twenties, described as tall and thin, is also involved. The caller says this type of disturbance is a common problem at that apartment.
