Neighbor reports domestic disturbance with history of knife

A neighbor in an apartment building near Belmont Avenue reported a domestic disturbance in a nearby unit. The caller heard a woman screaming, yelling "stop," and noises that sounded like a physical struggle between a young man and woman. Dispatch noted prior calls from the same address involving the man reportedly attacking a woman with a knife, but no weapons were reported seen during this incident. Officers were responding and arranged access to the locked building. The woman involved was reported to be afraid to go outside. It was unclear if the people from the prior incident were the same as those involved this time.
