Pickup doing stunts and blocking traffic on highway

Dark colored Ford F-150 pickup truck, car license plate (number withheld).

RP says there are two men in the bed of the truck with cameras and they are reversing into traffic to do donuts, bringing traffic to a halt and hanging off the truck as well.

RP no longer has visual, they were last seen turning off onto Highway 67 at 1313.
