We received a call from an elderly female stated that her daughter won't let her watch television and she wanted law enforcement to respond.

She later stated that her daughter had pushed her chair and her arm is hurting.

Also stated she was having a hard time breathing.

This complaint and daughter came on the line, stated that her mother has dementia and wants law enforcement to call her so that she can explain.
