Verbal dispute at credit union ATM involving dog

A caller at Buckeye State Credit Union reported a man using the cash machine whose bank card kept getting declined. The caller felt the man might try to rob him and a minor verbal argument followed. The caller asked the man to better control his dog, which was already on a leash, because the caller thought the dog was aggressive. During the argument the caller said he did not want to shoot the dog but also stated he did not have a gun. The man then left the area walking west on Chagrin Boulevard, wearing blue jeans, tan boots, a winter hat, and walking a husky.
