We are coming to a 64-year-old male from the Johnson County Detox

facility. Patient complaint is high blood pressure.

He woke up early this morning, so they decided to check his blood pressure, found it to be pretty elevated.

We are having 220s over like 115.

Does have a history of high blood pressure and does not take any medications for it currently.

He was not complaining of anything.

He said initially he did have a bit of a headache, but he doesn't have anything right now.

We have a current heart rate of about forty-five.

He said that is a normal rhythm for him.

It is a sinus brady on the 12-lead with no elevation.

Blood pressure is 174 over 87 right now.

SpO2 at 98% on room air.
