Disabled semi blocks part of southbound ramp, Shelby IN

00:00

I'm out with a semi who's out of gas on the ramp southbound 55 to 010.

00:04

He's blocking half the ramp.

00:06

Cars can get around him on the right side.

00:09

He said TA, a representative from TA, is coming to give him gas.

00:12

I'm gonna go check on their status.

00:14

1043 in case you get any calls.
