Person screaming about self-harm near Walmart in Shelby

The Chick-fil-A employees advised that where they park over there, one of them was coming into work and there is a male over there near a black Nissan that was screaming about wanting to kill himself.

He advised that they heard him, but they did not see any weapons or anything.
