Suspicious parked vehicle reported on Miller Street

Caller's advising on the little side street that goes back to shares that there is a car with no lights on, possibly a truck, but he cannot be too sure from his residence at (number withheld) South Miller Street.

He's advising there's no lights on in the vehicle and he cannot tell if there's anybody in the vehicle.
