Driver reports gray sedan doing burnout on street, Shelton WA

00:00

I just had observed a vehicle doing a burnout on railroad.

00:09

Did you get a description of the vehicle?

00:13

I gave it to 748 on car four.

00:15

I believe it's a sedan, possibly.

00:17

Gray.

00:23

1281, you're working.

00:29

So I'm ringing.

00:30

Can you get the details on that one car crash entry collision? I got a plate for a vehicle that may be that.

00:36

I don't have any problem stopping it.
