Patient transferred for gastrointestinal bleed treatment

I have a transfer coming out of Freeman Health Elm Springs in the ER room two, going to Mercy Rogers in room (number withheld) and twenty-three.

Patient's going for higher level of care for a GI bleed.

Will require cardiac monitor and have a head block.
