Patient with suspected tuberculosis transferred between hospitals

I have a transfer coming out of Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, in room (number withheld) , going to Northwest Springdale in room (number withheld) .

The patient is going for pulmonology.

And we'll have an IV heplock, require a cardiac monitor, and have O two.

Be advised that this patient will require airborne precautions for TB.
