Patient with urinary retention transported between hospitals

I have a call holding coming out of Freeman Health Siloam Springs, in room (number withheld) , going to Freeman Health Springdale in room (number withheld) .

Patient's going for urinary retention.

We'll have IV medications and a cardiac monitor.
