Welfare check on teen possibly under influence

I just received a call from (name withheld) requesting a welfare check on her daughter (name withheld), she's (number withheld) , and she lives at unit (number withheld) in Barker Hill.

(name withheld) is her mother.

She advised last night she took her up from unit (number withheld) in Barker Hill, and when she got her, she was high off something.

The point where she thought she had to take her to CDP, but she didn't.

She just wants to make sure she's home and not at unit (number withheld).

She advises there is no custody agreement or order in place between her son and Allison, so let's make sure she is home.
