Respond to the care center, 10560 Applewood Road, in room 103 for a conscious and breathing seventy-nine year old female who's had a change in.

Condition: She's not wanting to get out of bed, refusing to eat or drink, and not taking medication.

She's very susceptible to lung diseases.
