83-year-old man with breathing trouble and recent surgery

It's probably one breathing problem on an 83-year-old male.

He originally started with he has recently had a bladder and kidney removal, and he's got a lot of pain on his right.

Side, he's having difficulty focusing, but he's also having difficulty breathing.

He also had a partial lung removal a couple years back, so he would like to be transported to university conducted for his recent surgery with that.
