Large motorcycle group slowing traffic on Braga Bridge

Multiple calls for about a group of 30 motorcycles and dirt bikes, I-195 eastbound going over the bridge at this time.

Calls are stating that they are impeding traffic, not letting anyone pass, slowing down traffic to about 20 miles an hour.
