Vehicle suspected of knocking down road sign

Southbound at Soquel Drive, their deputy was flagged down and were advised that they were going to be over a vehicle that looks like it was took down a sign, unknown what type of a sign that was knocked down, and that the suspect vehicle looks like it was a dark colored sedan over.
