00:00
Afternoon, doc. This is Forest Hills Medic 71 on board.
00:03
I have a 71-year-old male patient.
00:07
We're currently on scene here at the South Fork Welcome Home.
00:11
I just wanted to consult you to see possible stroke.
00:16
We were called for altered mental status.
00:20
Staff reports that the patient is not acting appropriately and whenever I asked they said that he's just kind of stumbling around.
00:27
He was drooling at one point,
00:31
but we did do a race on him.
00:34
It gave us a score of two.
00:36
We're noticing some left-sided grip strength weakness as well as some left-sided facial drooping.
00:45
The patient does appear to be very tired.
00:49
He is kind of unable to complete the rest of the stroke exam because he keeps trying to doze off on us,
00:59
but denies any pain anywhere and does state that he feels off.
01:06
Last pressure was 101 over fifty-one sinus mechanism on the monitor with the right bundle branch block noted in the twelve lead.
01:14
Rate is 80 sat in a 95 % of room.
01:20
He says if this happened, we'll use a church.
01:24
Apparently, church starts at 930 , so we're looking somewhere between 930 and 1000 .
01:29
I would say for the onset.
