Patient was discharged from your facility at 3 p.m.

yesterday after receiving a right mastectomy.

Up until 1 p.m.,

her lung sounds were clear.

At 1 a.m., she has, en route, desaturated into the 80s.

They put her on five liters, only got her up to 88%.

Tried to do a nebb and dropped her back down to 85%.

She was 82 on room air for us.
