Caller reports threats and blocked driveway at apartments

Advised that she just had an incident with an unknown female party and that female party's father that was dropping off where they were blocking the driveway, wouldn't let her out, started racial slurs towards her.

Parties have since left.

She is looking to speak to an officer because of threats that were made.
