This is JCA 3815 coming in priority traffic from Arbor Manor with a 96-year-old female coming in as a stroke.

Patient's last known well was 0715 this morning.

She was seen eating breakfast completely normally.

Patient was found at 740 by her son.

Patient was non-responsive.

Patient current GCS of 10 at this time.

Patient does have a leftward gaze.

No motor movement in the right arm.
