Repeated 911 open line calls at business address

I don't know if you've been here the last couple days, but we've been getting 911 open lines at (number withheld) Spring Ridge Drive, Sports Decals.

The other day we thought it was a phone issue and they think it was with Verizon and they have no idea how to solve the issue.

But we just got another one now.
