Go ahead.

00:01

Is it possible to get St.

00:03

Cloud PD to possibly take a drive through East Side Cash Wise parking lot? There's a guy in there with a baby stroller and a dog.

00:12

And I can't tell if there's a baby in the stroller, but he looks like he's underneath the stroller,

00:17

either turning his flashlight on and off or trying to light a match and start a fire underneath the thing.

00:28

Copy.

00:29

Have him go back to Cash Wise shelter.

00:34

He's just sitting in the middle of the Cash Wise parking lot.
