A fifty-eight year old male, fallen, possible stroke.

Does have a recent stroke history in February, and a head injury now as well.

EMS is at St. Johnsville ambulance and RGL 1st responders, (number withheld) Murray Hill Road, town of Ephratah, cross streets of Old State Road and King's Hollow Road.

It'll be the Abbott.

Resident, fifty-eight-year-old male, possible stroke with a recent history in February.

Head injury this evening.
