Driver speeds and ignores stop sign on Court Street

My caller stating a neighbor across the street drives a black in color Chevy Traverse, revs his engine, takes off at high rate of speed, doesn't stop at stop sign.

It's an ongoing issue and that vehicle just left heading towards town.
